TRAVEL | San Giorgio Mykonos

A true paradise I must visit is this perfect bohemian getaway for the European summer. The Designs Hotel Project have created this beautiful 34 room boutique hotel in Mykonos which opens May 2013.

TRAVEL | Lake Orta, Italy

A short morning wedding that I had to photograph for a Norwegian couple on Lake Orta, gave me the opportunity to spend most of the afternoon wandering around and taking in the unique beauty of the small lakeside village of Orta San Giulio.

TRAVEL | Sardegna part two

A last minute trip to escape the heat from Milan in mid August brought Zina (my friend visiting from Australia) and I  to a relaxing week on the south coast of Sardinia. We spent time in Villasimius and explored many of the secret beaches along the coastline. The south of Sardinia is truly beautiful and such an affordable Mediterranean paradise.

LIFE | Around the world

I know it's been long overdue since a good quality blog post. I've been back in Sydney for some wedding photography jobs as well as a visit to family and friends for the past couple of months. I arrive back in Milan in January..to a new apartment, a new season and to another great year ahead. I have a dozen stunning places all over Italy to share, and will begin to post soon enough (I promise). Piemonte, Tuscany, summer days on the northern lakes, Venice and another trip to Sardinia (was too good the first time, I had to return). For now here is a little preview of the south of Sardinia.

I'm really excited to be experiencing my first Italian Opera tonight in the beautiful city of Verona. I'll be seeing Turandot by Puccini
